The Manager of Compliance will create, implement, train, and manage compliance policies and procedures per federal and state laws and regulations for assigned clinics. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of ASC and OBS compliance, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of ethical and legal conduct.

Prior consulting experience in OBS or ASC, CASC experience a plus!
