Continuous Improvement Specialist

The Continuous Improvement Specialist supports business unit development through implementation, monitoring, and training on the Company’s continuous improvement initiatives. This role advances product excellence and sustainable improvement across all operational functions. Working closely with all departments, the specialist helps optimize processes for safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. The role also collaborates with engineering and plant leadership on capital projects that support continuous improvement efforts. In partnership with local teams, this person identifies equipment and system enhancements that improve efficiency, product quality, and the commercialization of new products, requiring strong analytical and computer skills.
