Conversational AI Engineer
Role Summary
We are seeking a talented Conversational AI Engineer. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of AI-driven conversational systems.
- Assist in implementing chatbot functionalities under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in data analysis to improve chatbot interactions.
- Learn and apply natural language processing techniques in projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Work closely with ML / GenAI teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers
- Advise on GenAI and ML best practices
- Give ML and LLM product demos
- Run strategic business reviews
- Interface with pre-sales engineering team
- Partner with product and engineering teams
- Spearhead new opportunities within existing accounts
Must-Have Skills
Basic understanding of APIs, Familiarity with dialogue systems, Knowledge of CI/CD basics, Experience in chatbot development, Data analysis skills, Database design knowledge, Familiarity with Dialogflow, Understanding of machine learning basics, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, ML models, GenAI applications, AWS, Azure, GCP, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Llamaindex, LangGraph, DSPy, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Go
Good-to-Have Skills
Basic SQL knowledge, Understanding of cloud platforms, Familiarity with user experience (UX), Experience with code reviews, Proficiency in Git, MLOps, Kubernetes
