Data Analyst
Summary
Data Analyst supporting Clarivate's IP segment by analyzing datasets, defining transformation requirements, and partnering with software engineers to prepare and standardize data for Clarivate products. Core tools include SQL, PowerQuery, and Python.
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you will support data-related solutions within our IP segment by analyzing external data, defining transformation requirements, and working closely with software engineers to support the development, standardization, and preparation of data for Clarivate products.
About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Bachelor's degree and /or equivalent working experience
- Proficiency in English
It would be great if you also have . . .
- Experience with textual data analysis
- Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, or legacy data systems
- Proficiency in Japanese
What will you be doing in this role?
- Analyze datasets using SQL, PowerQuery or Python to apply insights, identify trends, and address business challenges.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and adapt insights into actionable solutions.
- Plan and participate in the development and implementation of data automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data through organized validation processes and adherence to data governance principles.
- Stay engaged with industry trends and continuously adapt by recommending improvements to the data analytics process as necessary.
About the Team
The team is distributed across Belgium, Serbia and India, and in this role, you will report directly to the Manager, Solutions Analysis.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone. This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
