You’ll support daily living activities, community engagement, and personal development, while advocating for individual choice and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Understands, supports, and advocates with people we support by helping them live a life of personal significance.

• Identifies, documents, and shares concerns and successes as appropriate.

• Transports and accompanies people to activities, appointments, and events.

• Helps with personal care tasks as needed, laundry and food preparation.

• Assists with money management by promoting independence.

• Administers medications and documents information.

• Additional duties as assigned.
