Executive Assistant, Finance

Support senior Finance leaders across the Go-To-Market Finance organization by managing calendars, inboxes, correspondence, deadlines, priorities, finance workstreams, budgets, vendors, and confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for multiple Finance executives.
  • Manage executive inboxes by triaging communications, drafting responses, flagging urgencies, and prioritizing high-impact items.
  • Coordinate finance workstreams, document management, signature logistics, and matter tracking across transactions.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, GTM, and external counsel or advisors.
  • Draft and manage executive correspondence with investors and counterparties.
  • Track financial planning deadlines, deliverables, and commitments.
  • Support finance leadership offsites and cross-functional sessions.
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Improve administrative workflows with AI, automation, and lightweight tools.
  • Handle sensitive business, personnel, and financial information confidentially.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in Legal, Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or another high-confidentiality environment.
  • Experience managing executive inboxes, including triage, prioritization, and drafting.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial materials with discretion.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment about when to act independently and when to escalate.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • High EQ and ability to build trust with executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, DocuSign or equivalent, and collaboration tools such as Slack.
  • Experience using AI or automation to streamline administrative work.
