As a Food & Beverage Manager, you’re not just overseeing operations of one or more dining outlets – you’re contributing to creating memorable guest experiences that leave a lasting impression.

The beautiful, recently re-flagged Curio Collection by Hilton, Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach is looking for a dynamic Director of Banquets! Just a few steps away from the beach, the 250-all-suite resort offers a breathtaking view of the ocean. Our hotel boasts over 23,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor event space and features two unique food and beverage outlets - Ox & Ocean and Sugar Beats.

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a lifestyle brand hotel, resort, or luxury restaurant food & beverage operations.
• Proven ability to manage a fast-paced dining room and lead a team with calm efficiency and authority.
• Strong training knowledge and comfort guiding team members through ongoing training.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to spot, correct, and coach on the smallest service elements.
• Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Hands-on leadership style: leads from the floor, not from the office.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  
  

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Ensure seamless operations: Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring top-tier quality, service, and marketing strategies that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
• Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence: Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
• Drive operational efficiency: Oversee the administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations while implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses
• Elevate quality and service standards: Support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
