Seashell Academy is a fast-growing PSLE-focused tuition centre in Singapore, specialising in Chinese, Mathematics and Science.

We work closely with families to design structured learning pathways and help students improve with clarity and confidence.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join us as Course Consultants.

Job Summary

Work closely with parents and students to understand academic needs, recommend suitable learning programmes, and guide families through the enrolment process. This is a sales-driven and consultation-focused role involving parent communication, trial lesson arrangements, and student enrolment conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact parents via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Arrange consultations and trial lessons for students
• Understand students’ learning challenges and recommend suitable programmes
• Guide parents through enrolment decisions and course planning
• Follow up consistently with enquiries and trial students
• Achieve enrolment targets and performance KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up tracking
• Work closely with teachers and academic teams to support students’ learning progress
• Build strong long-term relationships with families

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with parents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with parents and conducting consultations
• Sales-driven and comfortable working in a target-based environment
• Responsible, organised, and proactive
• Willing to work on weekends

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training provided).

Experience in education, customer service, telesales, or sales will be an advantage.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position
• 5-day work week
• Weekend work required
• Off days on weekdays
