General Manager

As a General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Reporting directly to the upper management, you will utilize your core skills in staff training, hospitality management, and team leadership to foster a productive work environment. Your expertise in food service management and inventory control will be essential in maintaining operational efficiency. With a focus on both casual and fine dining experiences, you will drive the success of our establishment while upholding our commitment to excellence in service and food quality.

General Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single Domino’s store. General Managers provide overall leadership and supervision over operations, and are accountable for achieving operational standards, food safety, profitability, and creating an inclusive and engaged environment.

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum of 2 years of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred
