Job Description:

• Lead And Manage The Accounting And Finance Team To Ensure Accurate And Timely Financial Reporting.
• Develop And Implement Financial Strategies, Policies, And Procedures To Drive The Company's Financial Goals.
• Monitor And Analyze Financial Performance, Preparing Reports And Recommendations For Executive Leadership.
• Ensure Compliance With Relevant Financial Regulations And Standards.
• Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Support Strategic Initiatives And Provide Financial Insights.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimal 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with 5 years in a leadership role within the insurance business (life or general)
• Strong understanding of insurance accounting principles and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
