Job Description:
- Implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals, enhancing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance management.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Implement change management strategies to support business growth and transformation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the food & beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
