Interior Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Interior Designer to manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment selection and procurement for residential interior projects. This role requires strong coordination skills and a sharp design eye.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and propose FF&E items aligned with design intent and project budget
• Prepare presentation boards, specifications, and costings
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage procurement timelines and track deliveries
• Handle changes, substitutions, and quality checks through to final installation

Requirements

• Experience in FF&E, interior design, or related field
• Strong understanding of residential design and materials
• Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Suite)
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and clients
• Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is an advantage for project coordination
