Major Deliverables:

Building new / maintain tie-ups with various banks and financial institutions
Preparation of Project Information Memorandum, Teaser Notes, Appraisal Report
Financial Modeling
Coordination with potential lenders and obtaining sanction of required credit facilities for clients on desired terms & conditions
Assist in Legal documentation
To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy, regulatory environment and recent development in the sector

Strong Credit bent of mind & Financial Analysis skills
Execution skills (Must have closed a couple of syndication deals in the past)
Top of mind recall of PSU/Private & Foreign Banks/NBFC and Financial Institutions
Willingness to participate in field visits to clients across the country to understand the business and operational model.
Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Undertake all other duties and projects as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time
Working knowledge of the various sectors under Infrastructure
