Manager - Competence Centre - Syndication - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - JM

Key Objective of the Job:

Syndication & Sell down of Project Finance & Structured Finance deals in Renewable Energy and other Infrastructure sectors.

Major Deliverables:

• Building new / maintain tie-ups with various banks and financial institutions
• Preparation of Project Information Memorandum, Teaser Notes, Appraisal Report
• Financial Modeling
• Coordination with potential lenders and obtaining sanction of required credit facilities for clients on desired terms & conditions
• Assist in Legal documentation
• To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy, regulatory environment and recent development in the sector
