Mid-Market Account Executive
Own the full sales cycle through close, develop territory-closing strategies, uncover customer needs, communicate value to C-level executives and decision makers, manage Salesforce activity and forecasts, conduct prospecting and demonstrations, and share customer feedback with product, design, and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by owning the full sales cycle through close.
- Develop strategies to close opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Uncover customer needs and pain points using sales methodologies.
- Communicate Ramp's value proposition using sales qualification standards.
- Manage sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to incorporate customer feedback.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of quota-carrying direct SaaS sales experience in a full-cycle closing role.
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills.
- Experience closing more than 20 deals per quarter with an average deal size of approximately $50,000 ACV.
- Ability to discuss the value proposition with C-level executives, finance teams, and decision makers.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and product demonstrations.
- Consultative sales approach with analytical and quantitative skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
