The Primary Role of this position is to work with Project Managers to provide support with daily activities during different phases of the project, including but not limited to open and close projects on the system of records, maintaining the Project TaskList, updating the Project Schedule, providing support with Project Costing/Forecasting, Material Purchasing, Projects updates and provide support during the bidding process. The role requires continuous interaction between the Project Team and the PM while also being responsible for gathering information to prepare reports for Project’s Stakeholders.
