QA/QC Engineer (Water tech Industry, Woodlands)

Oversees E&IC quality, inspections, and compliance for semiconductor projects, ensuring reliability of equipment, accurate documentation, and effective issue resolution across UPW and WWTP systems.

Contract: 2 Year

Salary up to $10000

Location: Woodlands

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage E&IC technical matters related to pumps, valves, pressure vessels, tanks, and skids, including reviewing technical drawings and P&IDs

  • Perform incoming inspection of E&IC equipment to ensure quality, condition, and compliance with specifications

  • Review batch records and quality documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Prepare and maintain document submittal registers and quality records

  • Ensure all project E&IC quality documents are prepared, approved, and compliant with contract requirements

  • Review E&IC equipment processes, logs, and monitoring requirements to ensure proper operation

  • Analyze issues and perform problem-solving related to compliance, quality, and technical performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project, Construction, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commissioning) to ensure product quality and timely delivery

  • Support customers on E&IC quality issues, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and closure tracking

  • Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and third-party inspectors for QA/QC compliance

  • Conduct supplier and subcontractor quality assessments to ensure adherence to project requirements

  • Report and track non-conformance (NCR) issues and escalate to QA Manager in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor / Electronics industry

  • Knowledge of UPW (Ultra Pure Water) and WWTP (Waste Water Treatment Plant) systems is required

  • Strong understanding of E&IC equipment, QA/QC processes, and technical documentation

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Able to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Positive attitude with strong ownership and initiative
