R&D Assistant Manager, Product Development; 研发助理经理，产品开发

Overview Lead and drive end-to-end product development for ICF Pepspark AOP innovations, including new platforms expansion and long-term pipeline building. Ensuring strong consumer-led product design, technical readiness, and commercial productivities goal. Responsibilities •Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Insights, and Commercialization teams to drive ICF Pepspark innovation AOP and pipeline development, including key platform expansions in konjac, nuts, VFF, and meal/away-from-home (AFH) solutions, ensuring strong consumer-led product design •Coordinate ICF productivity initiatives to drive COGS optimization while maintaining product superiority and competitive advantage vs key competitors, especially in emerging platforms (konjac, nuts, VFF, AFH) •Ensure strong technical discipline by delivering all product activities in line with Technical Stage Gate and POM requirements, with robust documentation covering both core and new platform innovations •Build and strengthen ICF technical capability (e.g., alternative bases like konjac, potato noodle, plant-based systems, VFF 2.0, texture design) to enable scalable H2/3 innovation solutions and platform expansion readiness Qualifications •Bachelor degree or above in food science, food engineering or adjacent subjects •>5 years working experience Multi-national Food Company in product development •Fluent writing and speaking skill in Mandarin and English •Efficient communication skill and basic leadership skill to facilitate project move on •Experienced on product design methodology, process and tools that apply to R&D projects / activities •Basic knowledge about the adjacent technical functions include but not limited to nutrition, technical regulatory, technical consumer insight, packaging.
