(2) Bring in optimum Productivity in the system
(3) Identifying areas of cost rationalisation and implementation thereof
(4) Maintaining Superior Underwriting Standards
(5) Propagate Usage of Digital Channels
(6) Escalation management
(7) Management of Audit queries & timely closure
(8) Identification of technological changes required in the overall underwriting system & get the necessary efficiency built up through respective tech team
(9) Conducting periodic performance Reviews with the credit team and taking course corrections when required
Experience Range : 7 to 10 Years

Graduate (Any Specialisation)
