Responsibilities The Opportunity in Mexico City. Join PepsiCo as a Route Data Analyst and play an important role in keeping our sales and merchandising operations running smoothly. In this position, you will manage and maintain route and customer information across our systems, ensuring that changes are accurately reflected and available for our field teams. You will work closely with route engineering and operations teams, supporting the implementation of route changes and helping turn business needs into accurate system updates. Your Impact As a Route Data Analyst, you will: Maintain and update route and customer information across business systems. Process and implement route changes for sales representatives and merchandising teams. Create and maintain route numbers and related information. Update route information in enterprise systems. Prepare and validate data required for the route planning and engineering process. Upload approved route changes into the appropriate systems. Maintain accurate customer information and ensure data quality. Partner with route engineering, sales operations, and other teams to ensure changes are implemented accurately and on time. Identify data inconsistencies and support problem-solving to keep route information accurate and up to date. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor's, associate, or technical degree in progress or recently completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Data and Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Portuguese communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience No previous professional experience required. Internship, academic projects, or experience working with data is a plus. Interest in data management, business operations, systems, or process improvement. Skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work with data and identify inconsistencies or errors. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
