Sales Operations Associate (Entry-level)

We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you will support the global sales organization by maintaining customer and sales data, working across key systems, and helping ensure processes run efficiently and accurately. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and systems, and interested in developing within a global sales operations environment.

About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

It would be great if you also have . . .

• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Experience working with Excel
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a global environment

What will you be doing in this role?

• ​Maintain sales tools and CRM systems, ensuring they are optimized for team use.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.

• Support data quality and accuracy for reporting and performance metrics.

• Provide support for sales planning and implementation of go-to-market plans.

• Coordinate and distribute sales materials and training, ensuring compliance with sales processes.

About the Team

You will be joining an experienced Sales Operations team, supporting the global sales organization within the Academia & Government segment. You will report directly to the Manager, Sales Operations.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
