Salesforce Business Solution Architect
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Solution Architect to lead the migration of a legacy Salesforce instance into a consolidated Salesforce environment. This role focuses on process harmonization, data migration, CRM integration, and addressing API governance challenges to enhance automation and standardize processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery workshops to align and optimize business processes within the Salesforce environment
- Design high-level solution architecture and prepare configuration blueprints to leverage Salesforce capabilities with minimal customizations
- Lead data migration efforts for multiple objects, ensuring proper mapping, readiness, automation, and smooth loading
- Address API governance issues to improve system monitoring and prevent revenue-related challenges
- Oversee Salesforce configuration, including CPQ enablement to align with overarching business objectives
- Ensure thorough quality testing during SIT and UAT phases and manage resolution of migration-related issues in hypercare support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine plans, create feature pipelines, and deliver actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
- Facilitate change management efforts to ensure user adoption of new processes and tools
Requirements
- Background in working with Salesforce for 10+ years or equivalent experience
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and API management
- Hands-on experience in data migration, process harmonization, and CRM consolidation projects
- Strong understanding of sales processes, automation strategies, and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
- English language proficiency at an Advanced level (C1)
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications, such as Application Architect or CPQ Specialist
- Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce migrations
