SC Sr Manager, APAC Import & Export; 供应链高级经理，亚太区进出口

Overview This role will be part of Central Hub, where they will work closely with the stakeholders at the export plant in order to create supply plans including material availability and capacity constraints for the import demands. Responsible for APAC Import Clusters and corresponding Export Plants Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: •Consolidate demand of APAC I/E business both short and long term •Drive discussions with Supply Planner in Export Plants to develop feasible supply plans based on demand forecast & maximize supply allocation •Ensure accurate RM/PM inventory levels for Export supplies based on forecasts for desired service levels, lead time & demand variation across region •Communicate strategic plans about new product launch, Long term Capacity planning, inventory management, Supply chain parameters, to key stakeholders •Expedite export readiness of new products & local products with Commercial, SRA, and cross-functional team •Develop supply alternatives during supply-demand trade-off for discussions •Ensure maximum of OTIF service across APAC I/E business •Drive Supply Chain Productivity for I/E business Additional Roles： •Supply Chain Center of Excellence for Import markets based on business requirements •Participate in activities like S&OP, new product introduction, SC cost optimization, business process initiatives. •Participate in demand review to understand import forecasts •Expand export product range by using local SKUs as well as introducing new SKUs. Represent supply planning in S&OP discussions •Liaison between forwarders/carriers, Import Planners, Plants, DCs Qualifications Key Capabilities / Competencies •6-8 years SC Planning experience with a focus on Demand and Supply planning •Computer literacy; software application and simulation models •Intermediate/Advanced Excel •Strong numerical and analytical skills •Strong communication & interpersonal skills, and adaptable to multicultural exposure •Fluent in English •Ability to co-ordinate and influence from a remote location •Good presentation and facilitation skills, problem solving/action planning
