Senior Data Integration Analyst
Opportunity Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Data Integration Analyst to join our Payment Integrity team. In this role, you'll design and validate data mapping solutions, ensure data quality across products and systems, investigate complex data issues, and support data integration and transformation efforts that power our payment integrity solutions.
As a senior member of the team, you'll serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring other analysts, promoting best practices, and partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver accurate, scalable data solutions.

This is a remote-first role that may require travel to Boston, MA for new hire onboarding and occasional in-person team meetings and company events.
What you’ll do:
- Design, implement, and validate data mapping, transformation, and integration solutions across multiple systems and data sources.
- Investigate and resolve complex data quality, mapping, and integration issues while ensuring data accuracy and integrity through testing and validation.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Create and maintain mapping specifications, technical documentation, and other resources that support data governance and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by mentoring analysts, developing training materials, and promoting best practices across the team.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in data mapping, data analysis, and data integration.
- 3+ years of experience working with medical claims data required.
- Experience with one or more programming languages, such as SQL, Python, PySpark, or Spark SQL.
- Experience working with AWS and complex, multi-source data environments.
- Strong understanding of database design, data relationships, transformation logic, and data quality principles.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and deliver accurate, scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal alignment.
