Senior Data Scientist

You will define and implement the data strategy, design and build reliable data infrastructure and pipelines, manage the analytics product roadmap, own analytics projects end-to-end, translate stakeholder needs into analytical solutions, conduct user-focused analysis, and hire and mentor data practitioners.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of demonstrated data science leadership experience
• Expertise in project management and data science analytics
• Self-starter with a founder mentality and strong ownership
• Empathy and experience learning from users to discover needs
• Effective communication and cross-organizational interfacing skills
• Bonus: experience on trading projects
• Bonus: familiarity with the crypto space
