Senior Manager, Intelligent Automation & Orchestration

As the Senior Manager, Intelligent Automation & Orchestration, you will report to AI director of AI CoE, and lead the enterprise automation capability while evolving it into a product‑driven, AI‑enabled orchestration function. The role expands beyond traditional RPA to drive end‑to‑end orchestration across AI CoE pods (Automation, Applied ML, and GenAI), enabling integrated solutions that are user‑centric, production‑ready, and reusable across the organization. You will lead a team of automation engineers and drive the integration of RPA, AI/ML, and GenAI capabilities to deliver scalable, user‑centric solutions that improve member experience, operational efficiency, and decision quality.
