Senior Manager, Procurement Product Activation
Ramp is hiring a Senior Manager, Procurement Product Activation to lead Procurement Activation Specialists serving mid-market customers. The role owns team development, procurement implementation standards, activation playbooks, cross-functional escalation resolution, and product feedback from customer implementations.
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and develop Procurement Activation Specialists.
- Run structured one-on-ones and coaching programs.
- Build the Procurement Activation playbook from the ground up.
- Define implementation standards across discovery, configuration, customer education, and go-live.
- Convert implementation patterns into structured product feedback.
- Define procurement deal handoff, scoping, and resourcing standards.
- Build scalable implementation processes.
- Identify systemic blockers and drive cross-functional resolution.
- Represent procurement activation in go-to-market planning, headcount discussions, and roadmap planning.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of procure-to-pay workflows, approval structures, ERP integrations, and vendor management.
- Experience managing or closely mentoring individual contributors.
- Strong cross-functional influence and communication skills.
- Experience creating adopted playbooks, training programs, or escalation frameworks.
- Clear, precise written and verbal communication.
- Experience with procurement software, AP automation, invoice-to-payment workflows, or B2B SaaS is beneficial.
