Senior Manager Project Procurement

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Project Procurement and Project Subcontracting teams.
• Provide governance, guidance and procurement support.
• Ensure compliance with Procurement, EHS and Corporate policies.
• Develop and improve project procurement strategies.
• Support business units and projects throughout execution.
• Identify and mitigate procurement and subcontracting risks.
• Drive supplier and subcontractor performance.
• Support procurement transformation initiatives.
• Ensure achievement of procurement objectives and commitments

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management / Procurement /Business Administration / Engineering / Construction Management / related discipline
• Professional Procurement certifications such as CIPS / CPSM/ CPM / ISM certifications
• 15 years Procurement / Supply Chain experience in EPC /Semiconductor / Data Centre
