Senior Product Marketing Manager - New Products
Lead product marketing for emerging products from early customer discovery through launch, commercialization, adoption, and growth. Shape product strategy, define positioning, build go-to-market plans, coordinate launches, develop customer proof, analyze business metrics, and create repeatable processes for new-product growth.
Responsibilities
- Shape product strategy using customer, market, and competitive evidence.
- Define the ideal customer profile, buyer, user, workflow, alternatives, and switching factors.
- Build product positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive narratives.
- Design zero-to-one go-to-market strategies.
- Lead product launches from planning through execution.
- Build commercialization programs that drive pipeline, activation, retention, expansion, and revenue.
- Work with Product and Engineering to understand architecture, data, constraints, and trust models.
- Run customer discovery and convert feedback into product and go-to-market decisions.
- Define and manage leading and lagging business indicators.
- Develop customer evidence, use cases, benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
- Apply AI to research, analysis, content development, and workflows.
- Create a repeatable new-products playbook.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, or another product-led go-to-market function.
- Significant ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Zero-to-one experience with a new product, category, platform, or business line.
- Experience using customer, market, competitive, and performance evidence to influence product strategy.
- Customer discovery experience.
- Technical and operational fluency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong data literacy.
- Ability to lead senior cross-functional partners without formal authority.
- Fluency with AI tools.
