Senior Scheduling and Fulfillment Analyst

Procures and manages finished goods, materials and services to meet planned and actual demand from both internal and external parties. Facilitates order fulfillment by managing transportation, distribution and other related processes. Defines, develops and executes sourcing strategies designed to achieve fulfillment obligations in the most cost effective, efficient and compliant manner.

• Provides Scheduling & Fulfillment support for assigned sites / locations / products.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for Supply Chain processes from order submission to delivery of goods for customers, both internal and external.
• Works with sales, operations, installation and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between groups.
• Validates and schedules orders in alignment with production and procurement.
• Manages delivery schedules and alignment with external customers and sales based on route shipments.
• Receives products from source or make processes.
• Contributes to the development, maintenance and enhancement of processes, systems and information flows in support of various Supply Chain processes and procedures.

  Required Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Scheduling and Fulfillment.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
