Responsibilities The Opportunity This position will provide support to the Food Service Vend, Quaker and Jack Links portfolio, for all field sites for Frito-Lay US. This position owns tracking, follow up on fill rate, service levels across different channels and different supply chain operations for US. In addition, mentor fellow members, implement best practices at sites, and have working partnership with all Frito Lay locations. Lead the planning team for these business units to maximize service and operational excellence across different stakeholders and site leads. Will work alongside HQ partners, production sites and service leaders to identify root causes and support in the execution of action plans to mitigate risks. Generation of new strategies and continuous improvement, communication with leadership of the MCC and Frito-Lay Food Service & Quaker leadership teams. Your Impact As a Senior Analyst, you will: Partner with Distribution Centers, Manufacturing Plants, and Supply Chain teams to drive service performance. Monitor service trends, identify risks, and develop action plans to close performance gaps. Lead planning for business unit’s activities to maximize product availability and execution across the network. Analyze data and performance trends to provide insights and recommendations that improve service levels and inventory health. Support strategic planning for the team to execute long term solutions and implement new projects to maximize efficiencies. Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and identifying opportunities to enhance processes. Mentor and train team members to build team capability and strengthen operational excellence. Collaborate with leadership teams to communicate business performance, risks, and mitigation plans. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field. 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Replenishment, Logistics, Customer Service, or related functions. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal Experience working with SAP or other planning systems preferred. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong customer focus. Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
