Service Manager

The Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing all maintenance operations at the property. This includes oversight of preventative, corrective, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, as well as the apartment make-ready process. This role ensures the community is maintained to the highest standards while delivering exceptional service to residents, developing team members, and operating efficiently within budgetary guidelines.
