Software Engineer, Frontend
Build performant, beautiful, and usable interfaces while shaping technical vision, leading complex projects, improving engineering processes and tools, recruiting and interviewing candidates, and mentoring less experienced engineers and interns.
Responsibilities
- Build performant, beautiful, and usable interfaces
- Collaborate on the technical vision
- Lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects
- Foster industry-leading UX
- Improve engineering processes, tools, and systems
- Recruit and interview candidates
- Develop interview questions
- Mentor less experienced engineers and interns
Requirements
- At least 2 years of frontend engineering experience preferred
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React
- Ability to create visually accurate interfaces
- Track record of shipping high-quality products and developing projects at scale
- Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow
