Solutions Consultant, Post Sales, Commercial

Partner with Account Managers to expand existing customer relationships through product demonstrations, use-case analysis, ROI assessments, technical scoping, and scalable solution design. Advise customers on APIs, ERP integrations, HRIS connectors, configuration, and system architecture; troubleshoot integration blockers; support technical workstreams; contribute to documentation; and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to demonstrate new Ramp products and features to existing customers.
• Evaluate customer requirements through use-case analysis, ROI assessments, and technical scoping.
• Design and recommend Ramp architecture using APIs, ERP integrations, and HRIS connectors.
• Advise customers and internal teams on integration, configuration, and system design decisions.
• Troubleshoot ERP and integration blockers across major accounting systems.
• Support Account Managers on technical workstreams during product rollouts and expansions.
• Advocate for integration development alongside Product and Partners.
• Channel customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Contribute to internal documentation, tooling, and knowledge bases.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS or fintech.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
• Hands-on familiarity with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion, and finance or accounting workflows.
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
• Experience running product demonstrations and translating technical capabilities into business value.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
