Solutions Consultant, Post Sales, Enterprise

Partner with Account Managers to deepen enterprise customer relationships through product demonstrations, use-case analysis, ROI assessments, technical scoping, architecture design, ERP and HRIS integrations, configuration guidance, troubleshooting, implementation support, documentation, and customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to demonstrate Ramp products and features to existing customers.
• Evaluate customer requirements through use-case analysis, ROI assessments, and technical scoping.
• Design and recommend architectures using APIs, ERP integrations, and HRIS connectors.
• Advise customers and internal teams on integration, configuration, and system design.
• Troubleshoot ERP and integration blockers across enterprise financial workflows.
• Support technical workstreams during product rollouts and expansions.
• Advocate for integration development with Product and Partners.
• Channel customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Contribute to documentation, tooling, and knowledge bases.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS or fintech.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
• Hands-on familiarity with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion, and finance or accounting workflows.
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
• Experience running product demonstrations and translating technical capabilities into business value.
• Strong communication and customer guidance skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, and Engineering.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
