职责 (Responsibilities):
战略规划与顶层架构 (Vision & Strategy)
- 作为核心决策层，与制作人深度协同，制定产品的核心愿景、市场定位及长期战略。确立项目的宏观设计方向（核心循环、商业化模型、社交结构），确保设计目标与商业价值、IP内核高度对齐，构建竞争壁垒。
创意驱动与产品进化 (Innovation)
- 敏锐洞察相关游戏品类痛点，不仅仅是复刻经典，主动提出具前瞻性的设计构想，推动团队做出超越现有热门游戏的差异化体验，满足用户深层需求。
落地执行与跨部门协同 (Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership)
- 高质量执行： 负责将宏观战略转化为可执行的设计方案，能准确转达给策划团队，并确保顺利融入到游戏的体验中。
- 资源整合： 作为设计团队对外的核心枢纽，与程序、美术、IP及发行团队建立紧密互信的合作关系，确保核心系统以高标准准时交付。
团队管理与建设 (Team Leadership)
- 标准确立： 建立高标准的策划工作流、文档规范与评审机制，打造高效、透明、沉淀知识的团队文化。
- 团队组建： 负责团队的招聘与梯队搭建，吸引顶尖人才；成为策划设计能力标杆，担任策划导师角色，通过绩效管理与专业辅导，提升策划团队专业水平。
岗位要求 (Required Qualifications):
- 从业经验： 8年以上游戏策划经验，3年以上游戏核心研发与长线运营经验，并在期间担任主导角色。
- 管理经验： 3年以上团队管理经验及团队建设的经历。
- 专业度： 透彻理解游戏底层逻辑，能深度分析拆解主流品类趋势，并具备打破常规的创新设计能力。
- 跨职能合作： 卓越的逻辑思维与沟通领导力，能推动跨职能团队达成共识。
- 游戏阅历： 深入体验过至少两款主流手游。
加分项 (Desired Qualifications):
- 有主导过年流水亿级游戏产品的完整研发与上线经验。
- 有全球化游戏产品的研发或运营经验。
- 英语流利，能适应国际化办公环境。
- 具备极强的数学建模能力，能独立验证复杂数值系统。
- 熟悉单机游戏经典作或熟悉拳头游戏宇宙观者优先。
