Technical Program Manager
Lead complex technical programs across engineering and adjacent teams, including infrastructure scaling, CI/CD, incident response, and strategic initiatives. Own programs from scoping and kickoff through delivery, observability, and retrospectives while improving incident-response processes, aligning engineering teams, and applying AI tools in day-to-day work.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale technical programs across engineering and adjacent teams
- Own and improve the engineering incident response program
- Run incident retrospectives and strengthen organizational learning from incidents
- Connect platform and product engineering teams to maintain context and execution quality
- Own programs from scoping and kickoff through delivery, observability, and retrospectives
- Partner with engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps and align programs with organizational goals
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to communicate business and engineering strategies
- Set standards and define playbooks for technical program management
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment
- Actively build with and use AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code in day-to-day work
- Operate as both an executor and leader
- Earn trust quickly in a relationship-driven role
- BA/BS in a technical or analytical field
- Lead small cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals
