Primary Responsibilities
- Provide priority response to potential customers
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
- Educate customers on the remediation process
- Obtain site photos, create an accurate sketch of all affected areas, and create an initial scope of work for all projects
- Analyze labor, equipment, and time requirements for each project
- Recognize project constraints
- Deliver a consistent and well-defined estimate using scoping platform
- Conduct site visits as needed throughout project life cycle
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma required, associate or bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales or Project Management
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Proficient use of computers and technology
- Proficient math skills
- Must have good driving record with valid driver's license
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Normal schedule is 8.5-hour shifts Monday - Friday between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Due to the emergency response nature of the business, this position frequently requires evening work, rotational on-call requirements, weekend work, and long hours beyond the normal schedule. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
