We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our retail business in Copenhagen.

Position

Retail Manager / Management of Core Retail Activities

Full-time position – Copenhagen

Main Responsibilities

* Managing the daily operations of the retail store

* Planning and coordinating staff schedules and daily tasks

* Supervising, training and supporting employees

* Ensuring a high level of customer service

* Managing stock levels, ordering and product displays

* Monitoring sales performance and achieving sales targets

* Maintaining store standards and visual merchandising

* Handling day-to-day operational and administrative tasks

* Reporting to company management

* Supporting the continued development of the retail business

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who:

* Has 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail, preferably including supervisory or management responsibilities

* Has good knowledge of retail operations and customer service

* Is responsible, organised and able to work independently

* Has good communication and leadership skills

* Can work effectively in a busy retail environment

* Is flexible regarding working hours, including weekends when required

* Can communicate effectively in English
